Ribbon Finger Sandwiches
These elegant ribbon finger sandwiches are perfect for afternoon tea or any special gathering. Delicate layers of cream cheese, crisp cucumber, and savory smoked salmon make for a delightful bite.
Ingredients:
- 12 slices white bread, crusts removed
- 3/4 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup cucumber, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup smoked salmon, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup dill, chopped
- 1/4 cup chives, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Spread cream cheese evenly on each bread slice
Arrange cucumber slices on half of the bread slices
Top cucumber slices with smoked salmon
Sprinkle dill and chives over the salmon
Season with salt and pepper
Cover with remaining bread slices
Cut each sandwich into three equal strips to create ribbon shapes
