Smoothie Supreme
A delicious and nutritious smoothie packed with antioxidants, vitamins, and protein.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup frozen mixed berries
- 1 ripe banana
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
Instructions:
Add all ingredients to the blender jar
Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy, about 1-2 minutes
