Perfect Grilled Salmon



This recipe for grilled salmon is a surefire way to get tender, tasty fish. The salmon tastes great after being marinated in olive oil, garlic, and lemon juice. Grilling it gives it a smoky char that makes it taste even better. Easy to make and good for you for dinner!

Ingredients:

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme

Instructions:

Preheat grill to medium-high heat

In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, pepper, paprika, and thyme

Brush both sides of salmon fillets with the olive oil mixture

Place salmon fillets on the grill and cook for 4-5 minutes per side, or until desired doneness is reached

Remove salmon from grill and serve immediately
