Gluten-Free Hashbrown-Crusted Quiche with Sausage



A delicious and gluten-free quiche with a crispy hashbrown crust, savory sausage, and cheesy goodness. Perfect for breakfast or brunch!

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups gluten-free hashbrowns
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cooked gluten-free sausage, crumbled
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk or dairy-free alternative
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
  • Cooking spray or oil for greasing

Instructions:

Start by heating the oven to 350F 175C

Use cooking spray or oil to grease a 9-inch 23 cm pie dish

Put the gluten-free hash browns in the bottom of the pie dish and press them down to make a crust

On top of the hashbrown crust, sprinkle the sausage and shredded cheddar cheese

Whisk the eggs, milk, salt, black pepper, paprika, and dried thyme together in a bowl until everything is well mixed

The egg mix should be poured over the hash brown, cheese, and sausage in the pie dish

Take the quiche out of the oven and let it bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown

Take it out of the oven and let it cool down for a few minutes

Then cut it into pieces and serve
