Blueberry Muffins With Streusel Crumb Topping



The streusel crumbs on top of these blueberry muffins make them just the right amount of sweet and crumbly. And when you pair them with your favorite drink, they make a great breakfast or snack.

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/3 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups fresh or frozen blueberries
  • For Streusel Crumb Topping:
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter, cold
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 375F 190C and line a muffin tin with paper liners

In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt

In another bowl, mix the melted butter, milk, egg, and vanilla extract

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined

Gently fold in the blueberries

In a separate small bowl, combine the streusel crumb topping Prep Time: 15 minutes
